The Amsterdam UMC, together with the Louis Bolk Institute and other organizations including the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital, conduct at the moment a study into the self-healing capacity of people and what you can do yourself to improve your health and vitality. This study will run from January 6 to May 1, 2025.
The intervention program used during this study is our Body & Mind Vitality program. We are working together with a total of 14 partner and we are pleased that we can contribute to this important study with our program.

Our annual program is divided over the four seasons and per season we pay attention to one or more organs, or better said the energy channels of these organs, every month. In this way we travel through our entire body in 12 months. For support, you can participate in various livestream sessions every week, with which you can stimulate your self-healing capacity and increase your natural resistance.
Our program is intended as complementary to regular health care and we advise you to always consult a doctor in case of illness or complaints.

Each season we work with a theme, which is explained in our theme workshop. There are also workshops by our breathing specialist and our nutritionist teaches you how tasty and healthy food can improve your health. The workshops 'loving touch' as well as 'Gestalt-Art therapy' are also highly recommended in our program.
Every month you will receive our newsletter with information about the monthly program. During the sessions and workshops, you will be provided with knowledge, practical tools and exercises. You will become aware of what you can do yourself to increase your natural resistance and improve your health. This will inspire you to get started yourself.
There are 3 different meditations every week, namely relaxation, improve your energy and the compassion meditation. These help you to relax, so that your body can recover and your natural resistance is strengthened. This way you improve your health and vitality. Everyone can follow these meditations and you can do it in your own familiar environment.
The yoga sessions are easy for everyone to do and support you with the monthly theme. There is a lot of attention for breathing and relaxation. These yoga sessions aim to provide tools that you can use yourself and help improve your health & vitality. Experience it yourself by participating at home.

We have developed our Body & Mind Vitaal program especially for employers. With this online mindfulness program, employees can follow all workshops and sessions at home with the app. As an employer, you offer practical and effective support to your employees with our program all year round. And that results in health benefits for employees and the organization!
To make our program accessible to everyone, you can now participate for three months for free and then you can take out a subscription for €12.50 per quarter or for €39 per year. That is less than €1 per week. If you are happy with our program and want to support us further, please make a voluntary contribution.
