My name is Nico Broersen and as founder of The Elements, my motivation is to inspire as many people as possible, together with our entire team, to take back control of their health and vitality. As an experienced entrepreneur, I have seen in practice what influence stress can have, both positive and negative. Stress will always be there, but when stress becomes too much, it is important to recognize this and handle it well. You can also convert stress into positive life energy.

I am an experienced yoga meditation teacher, stress reduction trainer, founder of yoga center Clyms and based on my experiences I have set up a scientific study (Yoga Based Stress Reduction) together with the Louis Bolk Institute to measure the effects of stress reduction through yoga/breathing techniques on quality of life in breast cancer patients. This study has now been completed.
Being able to experience the wisdom of the heart from the connection with your own body, in order to be able to shape your life from this softness, is the central focus point in my yoga sessions that you can participate in online every week.

Onze trainingsdagen worden gegeven in de trainingsruimte van De Boomhut in Ermelo en bestaat uit diverse ruimtes. Er is ook een stilteruimte en de lunches worden in een aparte ruimte genuttigd. De Boomhut ligt prachtig in het groen en bij mooi weer is het heerlijk relaxen bij de vijver in de tuin.
