Summer invites us to be outside more often and that gives us more energy. When we feel better, we also feel more like taking on things. It is important that we are aware of what we enjoy and what inspires us. If we realize this, we can consciously choose what really nourishes us and gives us joy.
This can be something different for every person. Some people get inspiration from nature, others enjoy sports or a nice trip. It’s all good because this helps you find your inspiration and enjoy it.
This month we pay specific attention to the cooperation of our heart and our small intestine, or rather the energy pathways of these organs, also called meridians. These are our rivers of energy, which run through our body and influence all cells and organs. We do this in conjunction with the function of the heart protector meridian and the triple heater.
Good cooperation between these meridians is important for our health, then we are, as it were, in flow. This can also help us process physical food, as well as digest and possibly release certain emotions and feelings.
If the cooperation between the meridians does not work properly, this can cause complaints. We will discuss this further in our workshop this month.
