In November we can enjoy the beautiful autumn colours in nature. Although the weather can sometimes be bleak with rain and wind, it is often also wonderful to take a nice walk and get some fresh air.
By consciously filling our lungs with air, we catch our breath and create more space in our body. This also helps us to pause for a moment and reflect on what is happening in our daily lives.
This month we will specifically focus on the lungs and the large intestine, or rather the energy channels of these organs, or meridians. These are our rivers of energy, which run through our body and influence all cells and organs. The proper flow of energy in our meridians is important for our health. If there is too much stress, an imbalance can occur, which can result in physical and/or psychological complaints. We will discuss this further in our workshop.
The large intestine represents the release of waste products, as well as certain feelings, such as feelings of guilt. We can use this time of year to let go of things that we have taken on too much. Just like trees drop their leaves in the fall. Through the space that is created, you can start to lead your own life from inner strength.
With the activities below in the month of November, we offer you tools and inspiration with which you can improve your self-healing capacity and vitality. Have fun!
