What space do you need to (continue to) take your steps?

In October the trees get their beautiful autumn colours and we can still regularly enjoy the warm sun rays. A beautiful time to take walks and feel at one with the nature around us.

Connect with your body and feel how you stand with your feet on the earth. By paying attention to our connection with the earth, we become more balanced and better grounded. That helps to pause for a moment and consider everything that is going on in our lives.

That is a good moment to consciously look at what space you need, to (continue to) take your steps. Then you can make more conscious choices, that gives clarity and also benefits your energy.

This month we pay specific attention to the stomach, spleen and lungs, or rather the energy channels of these organs or meridians. These are our rivers of energy, which run through our body and affect all cells and organs.

The proper flow of energy in our meridians is important for our health. If there is an imbalance, this can cause complaints. During our workshop this month we will pay attention to this.

New: nutrition workshop on Wednesday October 2 at 8:00 PM

Sophie Luderer is a nutritionist from the organization PuurGezond and inspires you with explanations about how you can eat deliciously and healthily at the same time. The PuurGezond team has a lot of knowledge about nutrition and lets you experience that healthy and delicious food go very well together. New: breathing workshop on Wednesday October 9 at 8:00 PM

Jos Derksen is a breathwork specialist and teaches you breathing exercises in this workshop, which help you to bypass your thoughts and get closer to your emotions. Good breathing is important for your physical and mental health. With good breathing, your brain and muscles get enough oxygen. This ensures, for example, that you can move or concentrate on a certain task. You can also reduce your stress complaints with good breathing. From now on, Jos will give a workshop every month.

Video theme workshop October is ready for you

During this theme workshop we will go into detail about our monthly theme. We will pay attention to 3 of the energy channels (meridians) in our body, namely the stomach, the spleen and the lungs. And you will learn some practical exercises to stimulate these.
