In winter, life rests in its roots, to gain energy for a new cycle of growth in spring. We are allowed to relax for a while and take space for ourselves. In order to restore our balance, it is important that we withdraw now and then and take time for moments of rest and reflection. Winter is made for silence, inner peace and relaxation. Precisely because everything is still for a while, you are invited to pay attention to body and mind. To rest for a while, find balance, build up energy and become still.
