Peace is in the little things in life. With a book on the couch, quietly looking at the moon in the sky, walking alone in the forest. The moments in between, they can be a source of peace. We have forgotten how to stand still and wonder. Experience a moment of peace and become aware of what you would like to change in your life.
How can you let go of the “must” and choose more often for to “want”?
In the winter when nature rests and slumbers, it is a good time for us as humans to focus inward, so that our feelings and intuition are given space. Become aware of what you would like, that offers perspective for this new year.
This month we will specifically focus on our kidneys and bladder, or rather the energy channels of these organs, also called meridians. Good cooperation of these meridians is important for our health. If there is a lot of stress, an imbalance can occur, which can result in physical or psychological complaints. We will discuss this further in our theme workshop.
