Theme:

What is your deepest desire? And what do you want to grow and bloom this summer?

Summer invites us to be outside more. The sunlight, the warmth and nature give us energy. When we feel more vital, we also automatically feel more like tackling things. That is a good moment to reflect on what you really want. What would you like to grow or flourish in your life? 

In the summer, our desire burns stronger—the desire for freedom, for connection, for inner growth, etc. What seeds of hope and love have you planted and are you now waiting for them to show their first shoots? When we realize this, we can consciously choose what we want to grow and blossom.  

 This is different for every person. One finds inspiration in nature, the other in movement, music, silence or travel. All is good—as long as it brings you closer to yourself. Reflect on the question: What fuels my inner fire? Do I live from my heart or mainly from my head? Summer is an excellent time to become aware of who you are and what you really want.  

This month we will specifically focus on the cooperation of our heart and our small intestine, or rather the energy channels of these organs, also called meridians. These are our rivers of energy, which run through our body and influence all cells and organs. We do this in connection with the function of the heart protector meridian and the triple heater. 

 Good cooperation between these meridians is important for our health, then we are, as it were, in flow. This can also help us with the processing of physical food, but also with the processing and possibly then letting go of certain emotions and feelings that we want and can let go of.  

 If the cooperation between the meridians does not go well, this can cause complaints. We will go into this further in our summer workshop.

Improve your energy meditation

This guided meditation helps you to relax your body and mind and improve your energy. Our chakras are energy points in our body. By paying attention to our body, we work on improving the energy flows in our body. You relax, so that your body can recover and your natural resistance is increased. Enjoy this nourishing meditation and improve your energy.

Theme workshop summer

This month's theme is "What is your deepest desire? And what do you want to grow and bloom this summer?!".

In this summer theme workshop we pay attention to our heart and our small intestine, or rather the energy channels of these organs, also called meridians. The proper flow of energy in our meridians is important for our health.
It is important that we realize what makes our hearts flow faster and what inspires you. Then we can make conscious choices, using both our heart and our mind.
If there is too much stress and our energy does not flow properly, this can cause complaints. We will discuss this further in our summer workshop. We then pay attention to which stress signals your body could give off and what you can do about it yourself.

Body Vitality Yoga

This yoga class is based on calm and gentle movements in the postures. Calm movements evoke little resistance and allow you to release tension. The relaxation and movement during the exercises improve the flexibility of your body. By practicing this yoga, the energy in your body will flow better. The goal is to get into a state of peace both physically and mentally and to leave the hectic pace of daily life outside for a while. Enjoy this yoga class and improve your vitality.

Relaxation meditation

This guided meditation helps you to relax your body and mind. You become aware of your breathing and make contact with your body. We go through our entire body step by step with our attention. There are different forms of our relaxation meditations, such as e.g. a sleep meditation. Or we pay attention to the processing and possibly letting go of certain feelings or emotions. This way you work on improving your health & vitality and afterwards you are wonderfully relaxed.

Breathing workshop

Jos Derksen, breathwork specialist, teaches you breathing exercises in this workshop that help you improve your energy, release stress and relax more. Proper breathing is important for your physical and mental health. With proper breathing, your brain and muscles get enough oxygen. This ensures, for example, that you can concentrate better on a certain task and get more energy. You can also reduce your stress symptoms with good breathing. Experience it for yourself by participating!

Workshop a Pure Healthy view on vitamines

Sophie Luderer, dietician at the organization PuurGezond, explains vitamins. What are vitamins and are you getting enough of them? What is useful and what may not be necessary if you just eat well and healthily. The PureHealth team has a lot of knowledge of nutrition and lets you experience that healthy and tasty food go very well together. PureHealth team: "We have a wealth of experience, base our advice on science and we really love good food ourselves". A very informative and scientifically based workshop about how nutrition can help you improve your health.

Gestalt-Art workshop

Herman van Wietmarschen, Gestalt Art therapist, teaches you more about yourself in your work environment, by doing creative experiments from Gestalt Art therapy. Gestalt Art therapy is a holistic, experiential psychotherapy, aimed at developing awareness, better contact and more self-direction in the here and now. This workshop is an introduction to a number of working methods, such as guided visualization, systemic work and working with images. We will look at how you feel at work, where your strengths lie, your dreams and your work relationships. Experience it yourself!

Workshop touching with loving attention

Estelle Smits is director and lecturer at the Institute for Massage in case of Cancer. Touching with loving attention is central to Estelle. The power of a loving touch where everything is allowed, is the core for her to restore trust in the body and the balance between body and mind.
Touch is a necessity of life. Massage can be supportive for complaints such as stress, fatigue, pain, nausea, depression, anxiety. In this workshop you will learn in a playful way, how touch can help you and perhaps the people around you, to improve your health and vitality in a natural way.

Compassion meditation

This guided meditation helps you to relax your body and mind. In doing so, we pay attention to how you can live with more compassion for yourself and others. Gratitude, forgiving yourself and forgiving others, are important themes that are discussed. You can be as you are. What are you struggling with, maybe anger, frustration, pain, sadness. How can you deal with and process that? Embrace yourself with love. Feel appreciation for yourself as a unique and valuable human being. You are completely fine the way you are.

Every Saturday

An exercise supporting our summer program

To restore our balance, it is important express our emotions and make space for ourselves. In addition, it is important to get physical exercise, for example by making a walk. And every Saturday you get a specific exercise on our app. which only takes a few minutes. This allows you to work on improving your vitality in a targeted way. Try to repeat this exercise every day of this week, and you will experience the result for yourself!

Every Sunday
15 minutes
Every Sunday a short meditation

If you have less time, a short meditation of about 15 minutes is also sufficient to achieve deep relaxation. Every Sunday we therefore place a short meditation in our program, which you can of course use on any day of the week. This guided meditation helps you to relax your body and mind. You become aware of your breathing and make contact with your body. This way you work on improving your health & vitality and afterwards you are wonderfully relaxed.

How you apply the program is up to you. You can get the most out of it with the advice below:

  1. Relax daily – Schedule a short meditation every day and do yoga 1–2 times a week for relaxation and flexibility.
  2. Be inspired – The monthly theme workshop forms the foundation and helps you make more conscious choices.
  3. Breathe consciously – Follow the breathing workshop and pay attention to your breathing daily. This increases your energy and reduces tension.
  4. Nutrition – Discover how to eat tasty and healthy meals in the monthly nutrition workshop. A balanced diet directly contributes to your vitality.
  5. Exercises – Every Saturday, the app offers a short exercise. By practicing it daily, you strengthen your health step by step.

Practical advice

  • Make it a habit by scheduling fixed moments, for example a short meditation or yoga session after getting up or before bed. Or simply pay attention to your breathing during your lunch break.
  • Through rhythm and repetition, it naturally becomes a routine you can maintain.

Summary

Do something good for your health every day and consciously take control of your well-being. Regular exercise, spending time in nature, and getting sufficient daylight all contribute to a stronger immune system and more energy.
