With the Body & Mind Vitality program, we want to inspire and support you to contribute to your own health in a conscious way. The core of our lifestyle program? Gain insight into what you can do yourself to strengthen your physical and mental well-being.

  • We help with this awareness and provide inspiration, knowledge and tools. With this you can start working on strengthening your self-healing capacity.

  • You can easily register and try our program for free during three weeks. 
  • After the trial period, you can subscribe for €7.50 per month, €17.50 per quarter, or €59 per year.

Body & Mind Vitality program design

Our program is designed to make you aware of what you can do to improve your health and vitality. Our program is divided into the four seasons, and each season focuses on one or more organs, or rather, their energy pathways.

Every month, there’s a new vitality program, where you can use our app to follow yoga classes, do meditations, or attend one of the other workshops daily, for example, on nutrition or breathing exercises.

This allows you to stimulate your self-healing capacity and boost your natural resistance. This way, you can experience what you can do to improve your health and vitality.

 

Our vitality program is intended as a supplement to regular healthcare, and we advise you to always consult a doctor if you are ill or have any complaints.

Each monthly vitality program contains the following elements

Workshops

Each season we work with a theme, which is explained in our theme workshop. There are also workshops by our breathing specialist and our nutritionist teaches you how tasty and healthy food can improve your health. The workshops 'loving touch' as ​​well as 'Gestalt-Art therapy' are also highly recommended in our program.

Inspiration

Every month you will receive our newsletter with information about the monthly program. During the sessions and workshops, you will be provided with knowledge, practical tools and exercises. You will become aware of what you can do yourself to increase your natural resistance and improve your health. This will inspire you to get started yourself.

Meditation

Our program offers a variety of guided meditations, as you can see in our monthly program. These help you relax, allowing your body to recover and strengthening your natural defenses. This way, you'll improve your health and vitality. Anyone can follow these meditations.

Yoga

The yoga sessions are easy for everyone to do and support you with the monthly theme. There is a lot of attention for breathing and relaxation. These yoga sessions aim to provide tools that you can use yourself and help improve your health & vitality. Experience it yourself by participating at home.

With this online mindfulness program, employees can follow all workshops and sessions at home with the app. As an employer, you offer practical and effective support to your employees with our program all year round. To make our program accessible to everyone, you can now participate for 6 weeks for free and then you can take out a subscription for €7,50 per month, 17.50 per quarter or €59 per year. If you are happy with our program and want to support us further, please make a voluntary contribution.
